Vendor Requirements

To keep the marketplace professional, reliable, and safe for B2B transactions, we approve sellers (“Vendors”) only after a basic compliance and capability review. By applying to sell on the Platform, you agree to provide accurate information and supporting documents when requested.

1) Business status (B2B only)

Our Platform is B2B-only. Vendors must be able to sell/services businesses and issue valid business invoices.

  • You must operate as a registered company or sole trader (or an equivalent legal form in your country).

  • You must provide full business details (legal name, registration address, registration number, tax ID, VAT number if applicable).

2) EU Vendors: VAT (VIES) verification

If your business is established in the European Union and you provide a VAT number, it must be valid and verifiable in VIES.

  • We may request confirmation that your VAT status and business name/address match the official records.

  • If your VAT number cannot be verified, we may postpone or decline approval until the issue is resolved.

3) Non-EU Vendors: equivalent tax/business verification

If your business is established outside the EU, you must provide:

  • your local business registration document (or official extract/certificate), and

  • a local tax identification number (or equivalent identifier), if your jurisdiction provides one.

In addition, for cross-border operations, we may request documents confirming you can legally provide services or ship goods internationally (where applicable), and that you can issue business invoices consistent with your local laws.

4) Proof of capability and professional activity

You must demonstrate that you can actually deliver what you list on the Platform.

Examples of acceptable evidence:

  • a link to your company website or professional portfolio,

  • references to completed projects (case studies, photos, reports, certificates),

  • link to a business profile (e.g., official directory entry, manufacturer/service partner listing),

  • examples of service documentation (inspection report sample, maintenance checklist, training agenda).

We do not require you to disclose confidential client data. Redact sensitive information where needed.

5) Qualifications (especially for consulting and technical services)

Vendors must have sufficient skills and experience for the services offered. For higher-risk categories (e.g., equipment inspections, on-site repairs, electrical/electronic work, safety-critical interventions, high-value consulting), we may request:

  • proof of qualifications, training, certifications, or documented experience,

  • reference projects or professional recommendations,

  • confirmation of your technical scope (brands/models/processes you support),

  • for on-site work: confirmation of compliance with health & safety rules.

6) Ability to communicate professionally and deliver on time

You must:

  • respond to buyers within reasonable time,

  • provide clear scope, requirements, timeline, and deliverables in listings,

  • keep all key agreements and evidence inside the Platform (messages, files, confirmations),

  • avoid misleading claims and guarantee statements you cannot support.

7) On-platform communication and anti-bypass rules

To protect both parties, vendors must not place or request direct contact details intended to bypass the Platform.

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • phone numbers, email addresses, messenger handles (Telegram/WhatsApp, etc.),

  • external payment requests, “pay me directly” proposals,

  • links that redirect buyers off-platform to close the deal.

Violations may lead to suspension or permanent removal from the Platform.

8) Legal compliance, IP, and confidentiality

Vendors must:

  • comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction and in the buyer’s jurisdiction where relevant,

  • respect intellectual property (fonts, images, designs, software licenses),

  • keep buyer data and files confidential and use them only to fulfill the order,

  • follow GDPR/RODO principles when processing personal data received through orders.

9) Accuracy of listings and fair pricing

Your listings must be honest and complete:

  • correct descriptions of services/goods, scope, limitations, and prerequisites,

  • transparent pricing (hourly rates, minimum hours, travel costs, shipping rules),

  • clear policies for custom-made goods (e.g., non-returnable tooling made to drawings).

10) Our right to request documents and to refuse/terminate access

We reserve the right to:

  • request additional documents or clarifications at any time,

  • re-check information if something changes (VAT status, address, ownership, scope of services),

  • refuse approval, suspend, or terminate vendor access if information is false, incomplete, or if repeated rule violations occur.

How to apply

Submit your vendor application and be ready to provide:

  1. business registration details,

  2. VAT number (EU) or local tax ID (non-EU),

  3. a short description of your services/products and evidence of capability (website/portfolio/cases).
